1. What K3 is
K3 is a game-style trading dashboard. On the free version every bot trades with paper (pretend) money on real, live market data. Nothing on the free version places real orders or touches real funds.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on K3 is financial, investment or trading advice. Bot results, leaderboards, strategies and data are for entertainment and education. Paper results do not predict real results. If you choose to trade real money anywhere, you do so at your own risk.
3. Your bots and your strategy data
When you build a bot, its strategy settings (the dials you choose), its paper trades and its results are stored by K3. By using K3 you agree that K3 may use this data to run the leaderboard, to show community statistics, and to research and improve K3's own bots and strategies. Your bot's name and your trader name can appear publicly on the leaderboard.
K3 never asks for exchange keys, wallet keys, seed phrases or money on the free version.
4. Accounts, guests and energy
You can try K3 as a guest. Guest bots pause after a limited time unless you sign up. Live viewing uses daily "energy"; when it runs out, data is shown with a delay. K3 may change limits, energy amounts, features and rewards at any time.
5. Fair play
Don't abuse the service: no automated account creation, no attempts to manipulate the leaderboard, no scraping or overloading the site, no attacks on other users or on K3. K3 may remove bots, results or accounts that break these rules.
6. Availability
K3 is provided "as is". Data may be late, wrong or missing, and the service may go down. K3 is not liable for losses of any kind arising from use of the site.
7. Changes
These terms may change; continued use means you accept the current version.
